Here you see Sekoe going up to score 2 of his 21 points to welcome us to our first game of the season. I noticed that you said that Sekoe was going to arrive just in time for class. Does this mean that we will get to meet him and will he be going to Lexington with us?
Mrs. White,
Does his team only play deaf schools or do they also play a Division I,II, or III scheadule?
How did Sekoe do the rest of the weekend??
They play Division III schools in the Capitol Athletic Conference. They don't play any other Deaf schools - there actually aren't any other Deaf universities.
Sekoe finished tonight's game with 24 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals. He was named the tournament's MVP and Gallaudet won the tournament!!
I have A STORY to tell - although you may read about part of it here at http://www.gallaudetathletics.com/sports/mbkb/2008-09/news/11302008mbbvsmdbible
I don't know how I worded that incorrectly - but no - Sekoe is not coming home with us tomorrow. I will be arriving in time for class.
Congratulations,
I hope he has a great season. I would love to meet him sometime.
